Kaitlyn DeHoff, PharmD, BCCCP is an Emergency Medicine Clinical Pharmacy Specialist at Trinity Health Oakland in Pontiac, Michigan. She completed her undergraduate studies at Oakland University with a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences. In 2015, she earned a Doctorate of Pharmacy degree from Wayne State University. She completed a PGY-1 pharmacy practice residency at Detroit Receiving Hospital in June 2016 and a PGY-2 critical care pharmacy residency at New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilmington, North Carolina in June 2017.
After residency, she practiced as the Surgical Clinical Pharmacy Specialist at Trinity Health Oakland and coordinated the PGY-1 pharmacy residency program. In June 2023, she transitioned into her current position in the emergency deparment. Her professional interests include trauma, toxicology, post-cardiac arrest management, and analgesia.
In her spare time, Dr. DeHoff enjoys baking and hanging out with her French bulldog.
