Dr. Ransom Chafin, PharmD is currently a PGY-2 Critical Care Pharmacy Resident at UC Health-University of Cincinnati Medical Center. He earned his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Marshall University and completed his PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at St. Mary’s Medical Center A Member of Marshall Health Network in Huntington, West Virginia. Dr. Chafin has served as primary or co-investigator on six IRB approved retrospective studies and has one publication in The Journal of Family Medicine and Primary Care. His professional interest include resuscitation and hemodynamic optimization, sedation, analgesia, and delirum management, as well as evidence based pharmacotherapy.
