Marilyn (Lynn) Schallom PhD, MSN(R), RN, CCNS, APRN-BC, CCRN, FCCM is in a joint faculty position as the Interim Program Director for the Nursing Science PhD program at Barnes Jewish College Goldfarb School of Nursing/Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis and a Research Scientist and Clinical Nurse Specialist in Adult Gerontology Critical Care for the Department of Interprofessional Practice, Education, Innovation and Research at Barnes-Jewish Hospital. With 45 years of experience as a nurse, clinical nurse specialist, and researcher, Lynn collaborates with the ICUs to conduct interdisciplinary research and implement EBP and process improvement projects to improve patient/family outcomes and leads the PhD program.
Lynn's educational background includes a diploma in nursing, a BSN and MSN from St. Louis University and a PhD in Nursing with a minor in Integrative Biology from the University of Kansas.
