My name is Ryan Hessenius, MD, I am currently a third year Pediatric Critical Care Medicine Fellow at Nemours Children's Hospital in Wilmington, DE. I have a special interest in patient with complex chronic illness and technology dependence. I have completed previous research on outcomes in pediatric cardiac patients who undergo G-tube and concurrent G-tube/Nissen fundoplication. I am presenting an abstract for my fellowship research project on optimal timing of tracheostomy in pediatric patients.
