Dr. Insler has is a cardiac anesthesiologist and critical care physician. He is the current medical director of the Cleveland Clinic Foundation's (CCF) Heart, Vascular and Thoracic Institute's Main Campus CVICU and Cardiac Surgiical Respiratory Therapy Department. Dr. Insler serves as the Chairman of the CCF Critical Care pharmacy and therapeutics committee. HE is a fellow of thew American College of Osteopathic Anesthesiologists and serves on the college's board of governors.
Dr. Insler has been involved in multiple clinical and industry syupported reserch projects involving technology in patient care improvement, mechanical ventilation schemes in the critically ill patient, process improvement and throughput.
