Katelyn Storton is the Senior Director of Supply Chain at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital in Chicago, Illinois. Since joining Lurie Children’s in 2019, she has led the development and oversight of Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, and Value Analysis, with a focus on strengthening governance, driving financial stewardship, and aligning supply chain strategy with clinical and operational priorities.
In her role, Katelyn oversees end-to-end supply chain operations and partners closely with executive, clinical, and operational leaders to advance standardization, vendor optimization, and data-driven decision-making across the organization. Her work emphasizes balancing cost, quality, resiliency, and patient care in a highly complex pediatric environment.
Prior to Lurie Children’s, Katelyn held progressive strategic sourcing leadership roles at MaineHealth, a large integrated delivery network based in Portland, Maine. There, she supported a broad portfolio including supplies, purchased services, capital sourcing, and IT, and helped establish new sourcing and governance capabilities to support system growth.
Katelyn holds a bachelor’s degree from Quinnipiac University and is a Certified Materials Resource Professional (CMRP) through the American Hospital Association. She is an active member of the Vizient Pediatrics Council and serves on the Children’s Hospital Association’s Executive Steering Committee for the Pediatric Alliance.
