Hello, I am Justin (Gage) Sanders, DO, a third-year surgical resident at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. Originally from Dothan, AL. I am currently in year one of two research years under Dr. Matthew Kutcher. My primary research focus while in the lab is studying hemostasis, primarily through understanding platelet physiology. Future aspirations of applying for a transplant fellowship after completion of my general surgery residency.
