Dr. Madiha Syed is an Assistant Professor of Anesthesiology at Cleveland Clinic. She completed her undergraduate training at the Aga Khan University in Karachi, Pakistan. Followed by a residency in anesthesiology at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (2011-2015) and a Critical Care Fellowship (2015-2016) at the Cleveland Clinic. She is Past Chair for the Communication Sub -Committe for the Anesthesiology Section.She is the medical director of the surgical ICU at Cleveland Clinic (Main Campus). Her interests include the use of simulation in medical education ,patient safety and quality improvement and mechanical ventilation for respiratory failure.
