Stephen Rappaport, PharmD, FCCM

Strong Memorial Hospital of the University of Rochester

Stephen Rappaport, Pharm.D., FCCM, BCCCP is a critical care clinical pharmacy specialist in the surgical intensive care unit at the University of Rochester Medical Center and co-chair of the Pharmacy Research Committee. He received his Pharm.D. degree from the University of Pittsburgh and completed a Pharmacy Practice Residency at the UConn Health Center in Farmington, Connecticut and a Critical Care Residency at the University of Vermont Medical Center in Burlington, Vermont. He is an active member of the Society of Critical Care Medicine and American College of Clinical Pharmacy.
