Aging Adult Track Guidelines Session

This session will explore the latest evidence-based guidelines and best practices for providing end-of-life care. Attendees will gain insights into multidisciplinary approaches that prioritize comfort, dignity, and communication during the final stage of life. Speakers will highlight strategies for integrating palliative care principles and supporting families and care teams through bereavement.
